Interior Minister Announces Opening of Security Services Recruitment Portal on November 17.

The Minister for the Interior, Muntaka Mohammed-Mubarak, has announced that the application portal for recruitment into Ghana’s key security agencies will officially open on Monday, November 17.

The announcement signals the commencement of a nationwide exercise to enlist qualified Ghanaians into the Ghana Police Service, Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service.

According to the Minister, the recruitment process will be conducted strictly through the official online portal to ensure transparency, fairness and accessibility for all eligible applicants. He emphasised that no individual or group has been authorised to recruit on behalf of any of the services, urging the public to beware of fraudulent schemes and middlemen.

Mr. Mohammed-Mubarak further assured the public that the government remains committed to strengthening the nation’s security architecture by providing the various agencies with the manpower, logistics and training needed to enhance their operations.

The Minister encouraged interested applicants to prepare their documents ahead of the opening date and follow all guidelines published on the official recruitment platform.

The upcoming recruitment drive is expected to attract thousands of young Ghanaians seeking careers in national security, law enforcement and public safety.
