The Keeper’s House Chapel, Spintex Branch, recently celebrated its fifth anniversary by enrolling 420 people into the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) at no cost.

This initiative, spearheaded by the church’s Helper’s Arena, also included free medical screenings. Attendees with high blood pressure and elevated sugar levels were advised to seek further medical evaluation.

Rev. Ebenezer Hamilton, the Pastor leading the branch, explained that this initiative reflects the church’s commitment to supporting the community beyond its spiritual activities. He expressed optimism about expanding these efforts in the future to provide even more support.

Rev. Hamilton also encouraged Ghanaians to actively participate in this year’s elections by voting in large numbers. He proposed the creation of a National Development Plan that would guide all political parties.

He emphasized that political manifestos should focus on innovative ways to achieve this plan, which would prevent parties from pursuing only their own interests when in power.

This approach, he noted, could help resolve the issue of unfinished projects left behind by successive governments.
