Did you know that as much as we complain about being stressed, it is actually a good thing? Research according to the World Health Organization (WHO) has proven that a little bit of stress is good and can help us perform daily activities more efficiently however, excessive stress can lead to physical and mental problems.
What is Stress?
Stress can be defined as the body’s response to anything that requires attention or action. It is a natural phenomenon and everyone experience some degree of stress in their lives.
Research has proven that, the vast majority 79% of people experience stress globally, with full-time workers and students being the most affected at 82% and 83% respectively.

- Sleeping Disorders

- Eating disorders
- Suicidal thoughts and behaviors and many others.
The good news is that stress is manageable. By incorporating regular exercise, healthy eating, and sufficient sleep into our daily routines, we can efficiently mitigate the negative effects of stress and maintain overall well-being.
