New NHIA Chief, Dr. Victor Bampoe, Engages with Staff on Familiarisation Tour.

The newly appointed Chief Executive of the National Health Insurance Authority (NHIA), Dr. Victor Asare Bampoe, has commenced a familiarisation tour across various directorates within the Authority. This initiative forms part of his strategic approach to better understand the operational dynamics of the NHIA and engage directly with staff members.

During his tour, Dr. Bampoe interacted with employees from different directorates, gaining valuable insights into their roles, responsibilities, and the challenges they encounter. He also took the opportunity to share his vision for the future of the NHIA, emphasizing his commitment to enhancing the Authority’s efficiency and effectiveness.

At each stop, staff members warmly welcomed the new Chief Executive, introducing themselves and elaborating on their contributions to the NHIA’s mission. This direct engagement enabled Dr. Bampoe to appreciate the Authority’s operational framework and identify potential areas for improvement.

The visit was met with optimism and enthusiasm among NHIA employees, who expressed their willingness to support Dr. Bampoe’s leadership.
