Ghanaian socialite and actress Akuapem Poloo has publicly expressed remorse for her past controversial remarks about colleagues Fella Makafui and Wendy Shay. In an exclusive interview on the “Uncut Show” in January 2025, Akuapem Poloo admitted that her hurtful words have irreparably damaged her relationships with the two stars.
Akuapem Poloo revealed that despite once having a cordial relationship with Fella and Wendy, her disrespectful comments have made it impossible for her to maintain the same level of camaraderie. She lamented that she no longer pickup the phone and call them like she used to, and vice versa.
The remorseful actress acknowledged that her past remarks were distasteful and unnecessary, and have ultimately come back to haunt her. Akuapem Poloo expressed sadness over the loss of her connections with Fella and Wendy, whom she once admired and respected.
