Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale, has taken to social media to express his outrage following a reported raid on his residence by officials from the Economic and Organised Crime Office (EOCO).

Although the exact date of the operation has not been confirmed, reports suggest that EOCO is investigating the authenticity of some luxury vehicles linked to the musician.

Shatta Wale, known for his vocal presence online, accused EOCO’s Executive Director, Raymond Archer, of misconduct. In a post shared on his official platforms, he claimed that the operation was excessive and politically motivated.

“Raymond Archer, EOCO Boss, you will be the reason the NDC loses power in the next four years. Bringing guns to my house was uncalled for!” he wrote.

He further criticized the agency’s actions, stating, “The President didn’t appoint you to humiliate citizens. Remember, God doesn’t sleep.”

EOCO is yet to officially respond to the allegations made by the artiste.
