Ghanaians Need a Reality Show With Quality Production – Fantana.

Ghanaian Afro pop and Afro beat songstress, Fantana has opened up on the state of reality shows in the country.

During a media Interaction on Star FM’s drive time show yesterday, June 16, 2025 the songstress when quizzed about whether or not the country hosts a reality show, responded in affirmative adding playfully that the show must include her coupled with a quality production team. “if it’s done correctly with the right team and the production, I think it’ll do well – with me on it of course” she answered.

Fantana who recently featured in one of Netflix’s ground breaking reality show – Young, Famous and African expressed her willingness to be in a Ghanaian reality show with some notable Ghanaian media personalities. The songstress listed Efya Nocturnal, Shatta Wale, Black Sherif, Gyakie, R2Bees and Nana Ama McBrown as personalities she would like to be on the show with.

Fantana when quizzed on how much money she earned from partaking in the Young, Famous and African Netflix show replied casually “I loved the Show” refusing to give intel on the financial gains she made from the show. Additionally the songstress said she got on the show by divine intervention “erm God…it just came” she said.

Fantana who is a daughter to Ghana Politician, Dorcas Affo-Toffey during the media interaction requested that people stop mixing her personality with that of her mother’s. She stated categorically that despite the fact that she has relations with a Ghanaian politician, they do different things so people should try and separate the two.

Fantana who has been away from the spotlight for sometime now revealed that she was taking a break in order to regain lost energy after joining her mother’s campaign trail prior to the general election last year.
