Samuel Nartey George, the Minister of Communication, to support a noble cause – helping baby Sandra, an 8-month-old infant in dire need of medical attention.
Sandra is currently battling hydrocephalus, a condition that requires urgent surgical intervention. The estimated cost of the surgery is GHc50,000 ($3,500), a daunting amount for her struggling family. To make matters worse, Sandra’s mother has been evicted from their home due to their inability to pay rent. The duo has been forced to seek refuge in a nearby church, leaving them without a stable place to call home.
In the midst of this chaos, Hon. Samuel Nartey George, the Minister of Communication, has stepped in to offer support. He donated GHc25,000 to help cover the cost of Sandra’s surgery, bringing hope to the desperate family.
