The Tertiary Business Schools Challenge (TBSC) has kicked off with a bang, offering tertiary students a platform to exhibit their business prowess and innovative thinking.

In a recent address, Prof. Francis K. E. Nunoo, Director of Tertiary Education at the Ministry of Education, urged students to collaborate and devise holistic business strategies while fostering a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship.

Now in its sixth year, the TBSC quiz competition will span four zones and is proudly sponsored by the Graphic Communications Group Ltd. (GCGL) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

This year’s installment is set to be a thrilling affair, featuring new components like software and mentorship training, a business career fair, and a business pitch segment for students.

Prof. Nunoo underscored the significance of expanding the competition’s reach to encompass all schools, citing the remarkable talent thriving within the academic sphere. The Ministry of Education stands firmly behind the initiative, acknowledging its capacity to nurture student entrepreneurship and leadership qualities.

The TBSC is a prime avenue for students to hone critical skills such as teamwork, creativity, and problem-solving. Participation in this challenge equips students with invaluable experience, funding opportunities, and the chance for recognition, paving the way for their entrepreneurial endeavors.

As the competition gains momentum, we anticipate witnessing a showcase of innovative business concepts and the enthusiasm of students eager to exhibit their talents.

Let’s rally behind our students and champion their involvement in this exhilarating initiative, empowering them with the skills essential for triumph in business.
