A woman, believed to be in her forties, tragically lost her life after allegedly being pushed out of a moving taxi by unidentified individuals on Thursday, August 15, 2024, in Kwadaso, located in the Ashanti Region.
The incident took place between Star Junction and Agric Junction within the Kwadaso Municipality.
Eyewitnesses recounted to citinewsroom.com that they saw the woman being forced out of the taxi, which prompted them to raise an alarm.
The suspects quickly sped off after some residents began shouting.
By the time responders arrived at the scene, the woman had already passed away.
The police were informed of the incident, and the body was later transported to the morgue.
The deceased’s family has been identified, and the police have commenced an investigation into the matter.
