Ghanaian media personality and singer, Hajia4Reall has dropped a banger prior her release from US jail on May 22, 2025.
Mona Faiz Montrage who responds to the stage name Haija4Reall was sentenced in June 2024 on counts of receiving money illegally from elderly men in the United States through romance scam.
Hajia4Reall’s latest song “We Move” delves into messages regarding the artist’s massive comeback after spending a year behind bars in the United States. The artist pleded guilty on February 21, 2024, to conspiracy to receive stolen money.
Her music video which has made rounds across various social media platforms detailed out scenes of fictitious news paper outlets announcing the artist’s comeback after a one year period of silence from media related activities.
The intentionally crafted music video seeks to convey a message of Hajia4Reall’s acceptance and recognition of her crime and her comeback into the media space.
In the lyrics she touched on her resilient nature citing her perseverance despite being plagued by circumstances that were almost beyond her control. “oh cant you see, I’m not like everybody, I’ve being knocked down but I still no give up on me” she sung.
Aside the one year jail sentence, the United States Attorneys Office in an official release added that Mona Faiz Montrage will be facing “a three year supervised release and order to forfeit $216,475 and pay restitution in the amount of $1,387,458.”
It added that the media personality defrauded about 40 individuals of romance scam. Due to her massive following on Instagram – a social media platform, news about her arrest broke all through out Ghana, the United States and some other parts of the world.
