Kantamanto Traders Appeal to Top Ghanaian Celebrities for Aid After Devastating Fire

A group of Kantamanto traders who lost their livelihoods in a recent fire that ravaged the second-hand clothing market are reaching out to top Ghanaian celebrities for help.

In a heartfelt video shared on social media, the traders, who are avid fans of these celebrities, made a passionate appeal for assistance.

The traders specifically mentioned Shatta Wale, Nana Ama McBrown, and Sarkodie, among others, as their favorite celebrities who they have consistently supported.

They expressed their hope that these celebrities would reciprocate their love and support by lending a helping hand in their time of need.

Meanwhile, singer Wendy Shay has already stepped up to support the Kantamanto traders. The Rufftown Records artiste visited the market with her team and made a generous donation of Ghc 10,000 to selected traders.

The Kantamanto traders are still reeling from the devastating fire that destroyed their stores and wares, leaving them without a source of income.

They remain hopeful that their favorite celebrities will respond to their appeal and provide the much-needed support to get back on their feet.
