SDK Dele Says Kwame Dzokoto’s Death Has Frightened Him Over Health Risks.

Ghanaian food content creator and entertainer SDK Dele has admitted that the death of fellow entertainer Kwame Dzokoto has frightened him and raised concerns about the possible health risks associated with his profession.

Speaking in an interview on Hitz FM, SDK Dele said the incident had made him reflect on his own health and the need to take his wellbeing more seriously as he continues creating food-related content.

“Yeah, it scares me. It really scares me. I’ll use that as a lesson too,” he said.

SDK Dele explained that food content creators who regularly consume different meals for their videos could face health challenges if they failed to balance their eating habits with regular exercise and medical check-ups.

He noted that some food creators in other parts of the world appeared to experience weight gain and possible health complications as they continued producing content centred on eating.

However, he pointed out that some creators had adopted measures to manage the demands of their profession, including exercising regularly and seeking medical attention while continuing to make food-related videos.

According to SDK Dele, taking such precautions is particularly important for creators whose careers require them to eat frequently for entertainment and audience engagement.

His comments come following the death of Kwame Dzokoto, which has prompted reflection among colleagues in the entertainment and content creation industry.

SDK Dele’s remarks highlight the importance of prioritising personal health, maintaining balanced eating habits and seeking regular medical attention while pursuing a career in food content creation.

However, the cause of Dzokoto’s death should not be linked to his profession without verified evidence.
